11. GBCxx may list adult-oriented events. If you choose to attend, you do so at your own risk. You’re responsible for your own decisions about consent, boundaries, and health precautions. Consent must be freely given. No one may pressure or coerce another person. Illegal or non-consensual acts are strictly prohibited.
12. Sexual health precautions. Participants are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect their own sexual health and the health of others. This may include using protection, discussing STI status when appropriate, and seeking testing or medical care when needed.
13. If alcohol’s present, drink responsibly. Do not pressure or engage in sexual activity with someone who is intoxicated or unable to give clear consent.
14. Driving and Transportation Safety. Participants who consume alcohol or other substances should not drive while impaired. Plan safe transportation home, use a designated driver, a rideshare, or taxi.
15. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
16. All event purchases are generally non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date and won’t be refunded just because of the date change. If an event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible customers will receive a refund. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
17. No weapons or dangerous behavior. No weapons or dangerous items are permitted at any event listed on GBCxx.com. This includes firearms, explosives, and other illegal weapons. Threatening or dangerous behavior is prohibited, and event organizers may deny entry or remove anyone who violates these rules, subject to applicable law.
18. Photography and video are not allowed at events. Organizers must enforce a no recording policy, and attendees agree not to take or share photos or videos at the venue.

Users keep ownership of their content, but grant the site permission to use it to operate the service. Banned content includes minors, non-consensual imagery, scams, and illegal activities. Payments and fees, if applicable, will be disclosed up front. And the site isn’t liable for user behavior beyond the maximum extent allowed by law. And terms may change, with notice provided when material updates happen. So, users agree by using the site.
